Laura Clemens

Laura has over 16 years of legal experience and has been practicing as an attorney in the Cayman Islands for more than 13 years. She represents clients in all areas of family law, including separation and divorce, residence and contact orders, domestic violence, child maintenance, and removal applications.

Laura utilizes her skills as a certified mediator to assist her clients in finding appropriate and practical solutions for the issues with which they are faced, and to help them avoid the time and expense of lengthy legal proceedings.

In 2020, Laura was appointed by Cabinet to serve as a Guardian ad Litem for children in supervision and care proceedings and other family proceedings in which the children require representation to protect their interests.
